How to Shop

It is easy to shop at babybee.com.my. Simply look for the item you want to buy and click the button Add to Cart. This will put the item into your Shopping Cart. Putting something in your Shopping Cart does not commit you to buying it. You can continue shopping and continue adding items into your Shopping Cart or just buy one item. When you finish shopping, click View Cart to look at items you have in Shopping Cart.

If you are happy with your selection, just click the Checkout button. If you are a returning customer, just key in your email address and password. This automatically retrieve your information. If you are a new customer, you will be prompted to register. Registration is simple and will not take more than 3 minutes. After registration, you may continue the checkout process. You will need to select your payment option here.

Click Next to proceed to shipping option and select the Delivery Service. The delivery charges are automatically calculated here. Click Next to proceed to view your order summary.

Confirm the details in the order summary and use the Back button if you need to change any order information. If you have a discount voucher, key in the code in the Discount Code box and press Update. If your order summary is correct, click Next for payment process.

If you are paying using credit card, click on the button "Click here to Pay" and this will redirect you to a secured website where you will enter your credit card details for payment.

If you are paying using bank-in, you will be presented with our account details and instructions on how to bank-in and notify us. (Use this option also for maybank2u transfers) Kindly click on the button "Click here to confirm your purchase" to complete the transaction.

An email (Orders Received) will be sent to your email account with the order details. We will proceed to process the order as soon as possible.

Note: If you experience difficulty in paying using credit card, kindly check if you have turned on "pop-up blocker" in your internet browser. Our system requires the pop-up blocker to be turned off. Check the FAQ page on how to turn off pop-up blocker.


Payment Options

babybee.com.my offers a variety of payment options as below:

METHOD 1: CREDIT CARD

1. Online credit card payment via ipay88 (Visa or Mastercard). Please note that the name Mobile88.com will appear in your credit card statement and you will receive a notification email from Mobile88. The payment is processed by Mobile88.com Sdn Bhd on behalf of babybee.com.my.

METHOD 2: BANK-IN

2 (a) Offline bank-in (cash or cheque) and Hong Leong Bank Berhad (Online Banking) 3rd Party Transfer payable to Baby Bee Sdn Bhd, please find our bank account information below:

Note: babybee.com.my is wholly owned by Baby Bee Sdn Bhd

After bank-in, please email us at sales@babybee.com.my with the following details:

1. Order reference no.
2. Your name and contact no.
3. Payment amount and indicate if cash or cheque.
4. Date and time of bank in
5. Cheque number if payment by cheque
6. Payment Method: HLB

Please note that we will only process the order after the cheque is cleared or cash is deposited.

2 (b) Maybank (Online Banking) 3rd Party Transfer

You may bank online to our designated director account in Maybank2u. Your orders will be processed after payment is received.

Online Shopping Security

When sensitive credit card details are passed through our website, the information will be automatically be encrypted using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level encryption commercially available). We accept online credit card payments using ipay88 (accredited by Bank Negara Malaysia) and it is a secure online system that offers our customers safe transaction over the internet. ipay88 also uses 3D secure where extra authentication from the bank is required. Please be informed that babybee.com.my does not store any credit card information during an online credit card payment.


Shipping/Delivery Information

We offer free delivery when a single order is RM200 and above (This offer is only applicable to delivery within Peninsular Malaysia). Shipping/Delivery charges will be automatically deducted when purchase is RM200 and above.

We currently deliver to whole of Malaysia including East Malaysia. For East Malaysia and International deliveries, kindly contact us at sales@babybee.com.my for a product invoice calculated with shipping cost.

For products labelled Stock:Available, we usually delivers in next 1 - 2 business days.

For products labelled Stock: Pre-order, we usually delivers in next 21 - 30 business days. The delivery time may differ due to stock availablilty.

Note: babybee.com.my reserves the right to refuse delivery to P O Box.


Order Tracking

Where's my stuff ? In order to track your delivery, you would need the following information:

1. Consignment number (provided in Payment Receipt email)
2. Courier Service Provider (provided in Payment Receipt email)
3. Name of Recipient

Order Tracking (Peninsular Malaysia Deliveries Only)

Where's my stuff ? In order to track your delivery, you would need the following information:

1. Consignment number (provided in Payment Receipt email)
2. Courier Service Provider (provided in Payment Receipt email)
3. Name of Recipient

babybee.com.my is use Skynet Courier and ABX Courier Services for deliveries to Peninsular Malaysia. The courier service selected for your order will be provided in Payment Receipt email.

Skynet Courier Consignment Tracking:

Call Skynet Courier Customer Hotline at 03- 56239090 with your consignment number details (provided in Payment Receipt email). Alternatively, you could track your orders online at http://www.skynet.com.my/

ABX Courier Services Consignment Tracking:

Call ABX Courier Services Customer Hotline at 03-7711 6688 with your consignment number details (provided in Payment Receipt email). ABX customer service is open from 8.35am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm Saturday. Alternatively, you could track your orders online at http://www.abxexpress.com.my/tracking.html

Managing Your Account

If you are a new customer, you will need to create an account first before you can buy from babybee.com.my. Account creation should take not more than 3 minutes and it is quick and simple. You could complete your account creation before or after items are placed into shopping cart.

Once you have an account with us, you can view your orders, change your personal information and password. Delivery address will be automatically retrieved from your account when you buy from babybee.com.my.

 


 

Return Policy

• Please note that babybee.com.my cannot accept return or exchange for product that is kept unclaimed for more than 15 days.
• babybee.com.my  only accept the returned product that babybee.com.my accepted on ahead by confirming the reason for return and the product’s condition.
• Products must be returned within 7 days after our babybee.com.my confirmation.
• Delivery charges are not refundable and if your items were shipped with free shipping, we will deduct the shipping charges from your refund.
• Delivery cost incurred for returning the items will be borned by the customer.


Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are accepted only when the product is in stock. 
• All the exchanges must obtain our approval by email.
If you wish to exchange the item purchased with other color, size or other product, please place your order at babybee.com.my through the usual order procedure.  Your returned item will be refunded to your bank account within or not more than 14 working days of receiving the returned item.

Return or Exchange is accepted in the following situation

(1) Wrong product(s) was delivered. (In case of wrong shipment)
(2) Defective product(s) was delivered.
(3) Product(s) was damaged during delivery.
(4) Other reasons (The return cost will be the responsibility of the customer)

For the above cases 1, 2 and 3, we will deliver a new set of product to you at our cost.

 

Return or Exchange is not accepted in the following situation

Please note that we don’t accept the return or exchange in the following cases:
(1) Product that were used or worn.
# Footwear (returnable if customer tried the footwear indoors)
# Items sold under “Clearance Corner”
(2) Return of a part of suit or set is not accepted.
(3) Merchandise that has been adjusted or cleaned by the Customer.
(4) Merchandise that had been soiled or damaged by the Customer.
(5) Merchandise that has been kept unclaimed for more than 15 days after receipt without any compelling reasons.
(6) Product(s) are returned without our confirmation.

 


How to send back

After contacting us, we will inform you if we accept the return or exchange via e-mail. When the return or exchange is accepted, customer must ship the product(s) back to Baby Bee Sdn Bhd address within 7 days after our confirmation.
Refund will be made through customer’s bank account within or not more than 14 working days of receiving the product.
